In Arcadia we exist in a liminal sort of time and space where, as the play progresses, time slowly begins to merge and become one as both past and present characters begin to collide under one roof. The set aims to capture this idea through the use of Möbius strips as they appear to be interesting 3D objects but in reality are just one continuous face slowly wrapping in on itself. As the play progresses the set slowly breaks down on itself revealing more and more of the strips behind the wall as time slowly collides with itself.
